The Auslese from the peak location “Altenberg” pours into the glass with an extremely crystal clear, pure, fascinating golden straw color. The bouquet of this Auslese appears somewhat cool and reserved at first, yet it soon reveals, after a short time, a wonderful aroma of candied citrus fruits, exquisite herbs and delicate yellow and white blossoms.
