Sparkling Wine – Brut
Traditional bottle fermentation of Pinot Blanc, Pinot Noir & Chardonnay grape varieties.
This wine is often presented as the baby brother of our traditional 1900 Brut, although our “new” offering has little in common with the buttery, soft, ripened Riesling sparkling wine. Spurred on by its overwhelming success, we have now decided to dedicate our own Cuvée to the Burgundy varieties. It impresses in a convincingly new fashion with its brilliance, freshness and full-bodied character.
